Technology we built in 2026 and use ourselves

Every part of Summerbird's operation runs on one integrated system we built ourselves: a PMS for reservations and the front office, an ERP for finance and purchasing, HRIS/HCM for scheduling, attendance and payroll, and a POS for the cafe. They share one set of data, so nothing is entered twice. Other hotels and cafes can use it too.
