Rod mill is widely used in metal and nonmetal mine, water
conservancy and building material enterprises to pulverize various ores and
rock.
Rod mill, droved down by reduction drive and its circumjacent gearwheel
or by low speed synchromotor directly through its circumjacent gearwheel, drives
tunnel body revolving. There is certain amount of grinding media and steel rod,
which are lifted to a certain height and then be dropped. Materials for crushing
successively enter the tunnel body through receiving opening, pulverized by
kinetic grinding media, and then ejected through overflow and excessive feeding
for next working procedure.
